Our Team

Allan Goldberg, CPC, is a founder and Principal of Quest Resource Group. Allan's philosophy and approach to staffing draws on his more than 15 years experience as an account executive, manager and owner in the search industry, his tenure as a Human Resource Generalist for Munich American Reinsurance Company and his corporate staffing background. He has worked in full-time and outsourced capacities for marquee firms including Prudential Insurance and PepsiCo. Most recently Allan served as Vice President, Staffing for the leading international IT advisory firm Gartner, Inc., where he held staffing responsibilities for Consulting, Research, Sales, and Operations (including IT, Finance, Marketing, and Publishing). Allan has designed, implemented, and managed successful staffing programs with budgets up to $11 million and a staff of 40 associates.

Allan earned his BA in Political Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, holds a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation from the National Association of Personnel Consultants (NAPS), and has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Employment Management Association (EMA) since 1991.
