Our Team

Fred Dimyan is a founder and Principal of Quest Resource Group. Prior to Quest, Fred spent 10 years refining his skills and philosophy in technology staffing with several national companies. Fred has led staffing projects for several leading IT consulting firms. He has served as Director of Recruiting at Hall Kinion. Fred also led recruiting projects at some of the most prominent employers in the nation, including Prudential Insurance, PepsiCo, and served as a consultant Gartner. Fred has also served as a staffing advisor for Dice.com, the leading Information Technology job board.

Fred earned his BS in Engineering from SUNY at Stony Brook. Additionally, Fred also has formal technical training in both telecommunications technology and computer networking technologies.
