Michelle Fields is a Business Development Director at Quest Resource Group. Michelle is responsible for new business development in the Tri-state area. working out of New Jersey. She brings to Quest a BA in Computer Science from Queens College, CUNY, 15 years of technical experience (management and consulting) and 6 years of technical and financial recruiting. As a Recruitment Manager for Answerthink, Inc. she helped build both the eCommerce and PeopleSoft practices and as a Recruiting Director for Commvault Systems assisted in bringing the company from 35 to 250 people. As a Vice President at Citibank was responsible for all North American Foreign Exchange Trading Systems. Michelle’s combined corporate technical experience plus her extensive recruiting experience have been a major asset in defining and delivering client hiring solutions.
